AN EARLY CHRISTMAS PRESENT

Every Christmas sense Michael and I got married we have not been able to get a Christmas tree because of school and not being at our apartment for the holidays. When we moved to Oregon we new we were spending Christmas with Michaels family this year, so we got to get a Christmas tree!!  I was so excited to finally have a Christmas tree. We obviously still don't have a lot of decorations for it, but that will definitely grow through out the years. Ladies and Gentlemen.... Our First Christmas tree!! I was very proud of it and had the light on every night!! This Christmas was pretty special for Michael and I. On top of getting our first Christmas Tree  I just happened to be around 20 weeks pregnant right before Christmas, which meant we got to find out the sex of our baby!!! I could not contain my excitement. Here in this photo I am at 18 weeks and we get to find out what our baby is at 20 weeks, so just in time for Christmas.

A THANKSGIVING FULL OF FAMILY & LAUGHTER

I was so excited when I found out my family was able to go to Moses Lake for Thanksgiving! Tualatin is only 4.45 hours away from Moses Lake, so once they said they said they were going,  Michael and I were definitely going too. We had so much fun with the family, but missed Kelsey and her husband a lot! Hopefully next holiday season they will be able to get more time off from the Marines. So one of the nights we were there we all played Heads Up (The app game Ellen Degeneres made that is like charades.)  We seriously all about pee'd our pants we were dying of laughter! By far one of the funnest game nights I have had in a while!  I was able to catch a few of them on video, but I definitely missed the funniest ones. Here is a look at our crazy and awesome family! Justin and Dad Michael and Uncle Corby Seriously though if you are looking for something fun to do with a bunch of people, this is it my friends!! Do it. I absolutely love

THE FIRST TRIMESTER

My first 3 months of pregnancy went by so fast.  It probably had a lot to do with us moving and spending a lot of our time packing and playing in the sun as much as we could before heading towards rainy Oregon.  I was also very blessed with good health. I have been lucky enough to miss all the first trimester sicknesses you hear about. The only thing that has sounded gross to me is sweets. Candy Baked goods & Soda you name it, it all sounded gross to me. Which I guess is a blessing! All I wanted to eat was fruit, pasta, & pizza. They weren't true craving though, just whenever I would try to think of what I wanted to eat it was always fruit in my head first. I hope it stays that way the rest of my pregnancy because I could definitely handle that! Because of moving to Oregon we have not been able to go to the doctors on a regular basis because of the whole switching insurance stuff, which is fine because it is only the first trimester, b

OUR LITTLE PUMPKIN IS DUE MAY 9, 2015

Yup you read that right we are having a baby, May 9, 2015!! I surprised Michael by sending him a picture of my pregnancy test. So when he woke up that was the first thing he saw. I did the same with my mom because I needed her guidance on what I needed to do. It was defiantly killing her to not be able to tell anyone the news, but I definitely appreciate all the advice I have gotten as well as another person to talk to about it. We were so excited when we found out, we just wanted to tell everyone right away, but we waited and learned patience. I would have been so heart broken to have to tell everyone if we had a miscarriage. When we found out I was pregnant, I was 5 weeks along, so for my first appointment they had to take a blood test.  For those of you who know me, know that I do not do well  with needles and veins in the same sentence. As you can imagine I did not do well.   I kept moving and the nurse ha
