I was so excited when I found out my family was able to go to Moses Lake for Thanksgiving!
Tualatin is only 4.45 hours away from Moses Lake, so once they said they
said they were going, Michael and I were definitely going too.
We had so much fun with the family, but missed Kelsey and her husband a lot!
Hopefully next holiday season they will be able to get more time off from the Marines.
So one of the nights we were there we all played Heads Up
(The app game Ellen Degeneres made that is like charades.)
We seriously all about pee'd our pants we were dying of laughter!
By far one of the funnest game nights I have had in a while!
I was able to catch a few of them on video,
but I definitely missed the funniest ones.
Here is a look at our crazy and awesome family!
Justin and Dad
Michael and Uncle Corby
Seriously though if you are looking for something fun to do with a bunch of people, this is it my friends!! Do it.
I absolutely love this time of year. I love how there are holiday's after holiday's because that means
lots of family time and there is nothing more in this world that I love more than family.
Thanksgiving is always a wonderful time to reflect back on all the wonderful memories
and wonderful people in your life.
Every year during Thanksgiving dinner we all go around the table and say what we are thankful for.
This year we celebrated Thanksgiving with the Mobergs.
This year my heart was full with so much gratefulness and love.
Having a baby on the way and being madly in love with the man I married
makes me feel like the luckiest person alive.
I am so greatly blessed for this amazing life I have.
With a husband who would do anything for me
and who continually finds ways to make me happy.
With a loving family that would also do anything for me if I asked.
With amazing in-laws that take care of us continually sense moving next to them in Oregon.
With wonderful friends who help out in the smallest ways, but is such a tremendous help!
With a baby on the way that I already have given my heart to and would do anything for.
With a mother who has been helping me through this pregnancy
and helping me prepare for this little one to come.
I am so so so blessed beyond measure with such wonderful people in my life.
I could never take any of them for granted and I hope that in return I can show just as much love and care for them that they show me.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
There is so much we can all be thankful for!
After Thanksgiving the Dodgen side of the family always gets together on Saturday to have another thanksgiving/reunion with everyone.
It is always so nice to get to see all of our Aunts and Uncles and cousins.
This year my mom was able to have all of her siblings and their spouses there in Moses Lake.
here is a picture of our amazing family.
I love getting to see these girls!!!
Couple of my favorite people right there!
We truly have the best grandma in the world.
She calls all the time to see how we are doing and what is going on in our lives.
She even will send out a text to just let us know she is thinking of us.
I love her so much and I am so grateful for the example she is to me.
I do have to add this in here about my grandma...
She was also at the Mobergs Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday and as we were going
around saying what we were grateful for my dads turn came up and one of the things he said was
how he was grateful for Michael and how he has taken care of me although he has
taken me far away from them.
Right after he said that my grandma looked at him and said "well now you know how it feels".
OH my gosh the whole table started laughing so hard.
She had the most straight face on when she said it!
It was so fun because my grandma doesn't normally say things like that,
but that was definitely the high light of thanksgiving dinner!
My wonderful family
I love him so much!
Here are some awesome videos I got of Taylor after we all played heads Up
