Happy Valentines Day!

I love my dates with Michael! I get so excited for them when I know we are going out. I especially love the dates when we go out for dinner and a movie! This valentines day is exactly what we did.  He took me to my favorite restaurant The Cheesecake Factory, where we discovered the best shrimp ever in our pasta, which was the garlic noodles with shrimp. Oh my goodness it is heavenly.  And of course we got a red velvet cheesecake.
After our wonderful dinner we headed to the movies to watch Safe Haven. That movie was soooo good! It had some big twists in it that you did not see coming at all.  It makes you cry and laugh, which is what I signify to be a great movie.  I will say towards the end of the movie when the climax hits you get frustrated because things aren't going how you thought they were going to go. Anyways as you can probably tell I loved it! I want to own it.
Once the movie got over we headed back home and little did I know a presents awaited me.  My husband is so thoughtful, he always has awesome purposes for his gifts.  He got me a swim suit and flop flops for our Hawaii trip! How cute is that.  Of course he had help from his sister picking it out, but he came up with the idea which is awesome on his part because he at least remembered me saying "anything involving clothes, jewelry, or shoes I want!" Aren't I right girls?

I had a wonderful night and am grateful for a wonderful husband who wants to take me out.  He really makes me feel special.

OUR LITTLE PUMPKIN IS DUE MAY 9, 2015

Yup you read that right we are having a baby, May 9, 2015!! I surprised Michael by sending him a picture of my pregnancy test. So when he woke up that was the first thing he saw. I did the same with my mom because I needed her guidance on what I needed to do. It was defiantly killing her to not be able to tell anyone the news, but I definitely appreciate all the advice I have gotten as well as another person to talk to about it. We were so excited when we found out, we just wanted to tell everyone right away, but we waited and learned patience. I would have been so heart broken to have to tell everyone if we had a miscarriage. When we found out I was pregnant, I was 5 weeks along, so for my first appointment they had to take a blood test.  For those of you who know me, know that I do not do well  with needles and veins in the same sentence. As you can imagine I did not do well.   I kept moving an...

THINGS I LOVE

I feel it is so important to fall in love with as many things as we can, but to also fall in love with as many people as we can. As I have gotten older I have started to love things I did not care about when I was younger. I have grown to appreciate what my Heavenly Father has given to me on this Earth. and I have learned that when you love, you serve others. Which is the pure love of Christ...  and that is what will bring true happiness into your world. I am going to make a list throughout my life of things that I have fallen in love with. I want to be remembered as someone who loved everything and everyone. I want my kids to be able to know what I loved and that serving and loving everything is one of the  greatest gifts we have to become truly happy in this world. .......... Pretty view from our tent Once we got all set up and ready for the night. we headed to the main st. of Sisters to find a place to eat,  sense we did not bring any food with us for camping. While walking around and exploring all the little shops there we found this cute Mexican Restaurant  The food was very good. They even grow their own mint! After dinner we got some huckleberry ice cream and headed back to camp to enjoy the river that was by our campsite. After camping for a night we headed into Bend to go shopping for supplies for the week long vacation in Sunriver. As you can see we know how to shop at Costco. After shopping we headed to the ho...
