Spring Break 2013

Spring break was spent relaxing in Sunriver and visiting my family up in Moses Lake!

Sunriver was nice and relaxing.  We played a lot of card games also which was a lot of fun.  We all love to play scum and literally will sit there for 2 hours just playing.  That is one thing I love about vacations, just sitting around not doing much, but being around family.  I could care less about going to swim parks or shopping. My favorite thing to do is to just stay at the rental house and relax!

Now for the Moses Lake trip! This trip also landed ended on Easter, and oh my am I glad we were here!  So when we got there we went out to my grandma's house to see my family that had also just got there form Idaho! It was so good to see them.  If you haven't noticed from other posts I am a family girl and I hate to be away from them for more than 2 weeks, so I am still trying to adjust to that change, which by the way is a good change.  It will just take me awhile to get use to.

We got assigned to stay at the Moberg's house, so it was fun seeing Kendra and her family for the weekend especially sense Kendra is getting ready to leave for her mission soon.  We got to go to a gymnastic gym with there whole which was a lot of fun! There will be lots of pictures posted of that.  I got some video of it to, but they wont load.  It was cool though because the boys would just up certain things and do cool jumps onto them or over them, it was fun watching and doing some of them.

On sunday as we were getting ready to leave my Aunt Leslie surprised us with huge Easter Baskets full of candy!! Of course I was so excited! I love candy it is one of my favorite kind of deserts haha. Here is a picture of how much we got!

Over all our Spring Break was awesome! Spending time with family is the best thing in the world.

A THANKSGIVING FULL OF FAMILY & LAUGHTER

I was so excited when I found out my family was able to go to Moses Lake for Thanksgiving! Tualatin is only 4.45 hours away from Moses Lake, so once they said they said they were going,  Michael and I were definitely going too. We had so much fun with the family, but missed Kelsey and her husband a lot! Hopefully next holiday season they will be able to get more time off from the Marines. So one of the nights we were there we all played Heads Up (The app game Ellen Degeneres made that is like charades.)  We seriously all about pee'd our pants we were dying of laughter! By far one of the funnest game nights I have had in a while!  I was able to catch a few of them on video, but I definitely missed the funniest ones. Here is a look at our crazy and awesome family! Justin and Dad Michael and Uncle Corby Seriously though if you are looking for something fun to do with a bunch of people, this is it my friends!! Do it. I absolu...

THINGS I LOVE

I feel it is so important to fall in love with as many things as we can, but to also fall in love with as many people as we can. As I have gotten older I have started to love things I did not care about when I was younger. I have grown to appreciate what my Heavenly Father has given to me on this Earth. and I have learned that when you love, you serve others. Which is the pure love of Christ...  and that is what will bring true happiness into your world. I am going to make a list throughout my life of things that I have fallen in love with. I want to be remembered as someone who loved everything and everyone. I want my kids to be able to know what I loved and that serving and loving everything is one of the  greatest gifts we have to become truly happy in this world. .......... Super Bowl

For the Super Bowl this year we are tagging a long with Ben and Rachel and headed to Rachel's mom's house in Heber for the weekend. On Saturday we went to the Ice Castles that were in Midway, which touches Heber, so we decided it would be a good idea to go because towns get selected to host the Ice Castles and this is the 3rd time midway was selected, so we thought we better go because it might not come back again. Once we got there we had to hop into a huge line that did go pretty fast but while we were waiting there were some guys juggling fire torches and also two guy carving ice sculptures, the two they was working on were the seattle Seahawk's hawk and the Denver Bronco's Bronco.  I was really cool to watch.  Once we got in to the Ice Castle we were frozen, we definitely did not dress right for the weather and we went at night so it was even more cold, but it was so cool because they had lights shinning on the ice and it would change different colors too.  Here ar...
