Quarter of a Century Old

Happy Birthday Michael!
As you can see he is turning 3....
haha we realized a little late that
we did not have as many candles as we thought we had.

For Michaels 25th Birthday we went to Red Robins and got his free birthday burger
and if you know Michael you probably could here him saying "everything tastes better free"
and it is true what is better than a free meal for your birthday?
After dinner we headed home to sing happy birthday and eat some yummy yummy Cheese cake!

Recipe:

1 can of Eagle Brand condensed milk
8 oz of cream cheese
1tsp lemon juice
1tsp vanilla

Directions:
Whip the cream cheese, should be a smooth consistency, try to get out as many lumps as you can.
Add the eagle brand, lemon juice and vanilla and stir till is is all mixed together.
Pour it in to a graham cracker crusted pie pan(you can also make your own graham cracker crust).
You can either let it chill for an hour and eat it right away or let it set by keeping it in the fridge over night.

There you have it, the amazing Eagle Brand Cheese Cake.

..........

Michael was spoiled for his birthday

Ruger sr9 Hand Gun

and a trip to Zions to hike the narrows

We also got to take a trip down to Provo to enjoy the sun and cool off at the seven peaks water park.

We love going to water parks!

After the water park we stopped by Swig and got some of the amazing sugar cookies
and then ate at cafe rio another one of our favorite restaurants, but really just give us anything Mexican and we will devour it.

During Michaels awesome birthday week we just happen to drive past this sign

We went to town on picking apricots! We might have picked a little to much.

I guess you can say we definitely stayed regular
hahaha
We also got to go shooting in the mountains
and as we were coming back down we got to see this gorgeous sunset!
We had a pretty crazy birthday week, but we had so much fun with family and friends.
Happy Birthday Babe!
I love you.

A THANKSGIVING FULL OF FAMILY & LAUGHTER

I was so excited when I found out my family was able to go to Moses Lake for Thanksgiving! Tualatin is only 4.45 hours away from Moses Lake, so once they said they said they were going,  Michael and I were definitely going too. We had so much fun with the family, but missed Kelsey and her husband a lot! Hopefully next holiday season they will be able to get more time off from the Marines. So one of the nights we were there we all played Heads Up (The app game Ellen Degeneres made that is like charades.)  We seriously all about pee'd our pants we were dying of laughter! By far one of the funnest game nights I have had in a while!  I was able to catch a few of them on video, but I definitely missed the funniest ones. Here is a look at our crazy and awesome family! Justin and Dad Michael and Uncle Corby Seriously though if you are looking for something fun to do with a bunch of people, this is it my friends!! Do it. I absolu...

THINGS I LOVE

I feel it is so important to fall in love with as many things as we can, but to also fall in love with as many people as we can. As I have gotten older I have started to love things I did not care about when I was younger. I have grown to appreciate what my Heavenly Father has given to me on this Earth. and I have learned that when you love, you serve others. Which is the pure love of Christ...  and that is what will bring true happiness into your world. I am going to make a list throughout my life of things that I have fallen in love with. I want to be remembered as someone who loved everything and everyone. I want my kids to be able to know what I loved and that serving and loving everything is one of the  greatest gifts we have to become truly happy in this world. .......... Super Bowl

For the Super Bowl this year we are tagging a long with Ben and Rachel and headed to Rachel's mom's house in Heber for the weekend. On Saturday we went to the Ice Castles that were in Midway, which touches Heber, so we decided it would be a good idea to go because towns get selected to host the Ice Castles and this is the 3rd time midway was selected, so we thought we better go because it might not come back again. Once we got there we had to hop into a huge line that did go pretty fast but while we were waiting there were some guys juggling fire torches and also two guy carving ice sculptures, the two they was working on were the seattle Seahawk's hawk and the Denver Bronco's Bronco.  I was really cool to watch.  Once we got in to the Ice Castle we were frozen, we definitely did not dress right for the weather and we went at night so it was even more cold, but it was so cool because they had lights shinning on the ice and it would change different colors too.  Here ar...
