Liam's First Birthday

Once we got home from Hawaii, I got to put together a first birthday party for Liam!

It was so much fun decorating for this party and I was so excited for it!! First birthdays are kind of a big deal to me.  I just think it is so fun to celebrate and spoil your 1year old. And the cake smash is to die for! It is so much fun to see them discover sugar for the first time
and just dive right into that cake!!

People who were able to attend:
Nana & Alesha
Grandma & Grandpa
Katie & Grant
Dads Uncle Steve & his Fiancé
Matt & Rachael Gregson with the twins

Liam was definitely spoiled this 1st birthday!
He got so many fun gifts from his grandparents and mom and dad
I enjoyed spoiling him though, I think that is the fun part about being a parent!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIAM!!
Mommy and Daddy love you so much and we are so grateful you are ours!
You have the sweetest and loving heart!
You really know how to win your mommy over!!
Love you Bubba!!

Here are the pictures of the party!

The cake everyone else got to eat.
from Costco of course

Liam was not a fan of the singing once again.

He did not like what he saw in the mirror.
haha

Kicking our summer off right.

Summer is officially here! My favorite season has finally arrived. There is no better way to celebrate the first weekend of summer then camping! Michael and I love camping. Their is just something about campfires, sleeping under the stars, and s'mores  that get me excited to camp. This weekend we camped in Provo canyon with some friends that are going to BYU. Once we got camp all set up and the fire going this little guy decided to pay us a visit. Not going to lie I thought it was a bear sneaking up on us at first. I was scared out of my mind, but then he stuck his head up and I felt a lot better. After making some yummy s'mores and relaxing by the fire we got in the cars and headed to squaw peak to  look at the beautiful lights from on top of the mountain. You can see all of Utah Valley from up there. Everyone knows that if you are looking to get a goodnights rest  that camping is not what you want to be doing. ...

Black Flip Flops: Famous Footwear for $15

A THANKSGIVING FULL OF FAMILY & LAUGHTER

I was so excited when I found out my family was able to go to Moses Lake for Thanksgiving! Tualatin is only 4.45 hours away from Moses Lake, so once they said they said they were going,  Michael and I were definitely going too. We had so much fun with the family, but missed Kelsey and her husband a lot! Hopefully next holiday season they will be able to get more time off from the Marines. So one of the nights we were there we all played Heads Up (The app game Ellen Degeneres made that is like charades.)  We seriously all about pee'd our pants we were dying of laughter! By far one of the funnest game nights I have had in a while!  I was able to catch a few of them on video, but I definitely missed the funniest ones. Here is a look at our crazy and awesome family! Justin and Dad Michael and Uncle Corby Seriously though if you are looking for something fun to do with a bunch of people, this is it my friends!! Do it. I absolu...
