Third Trimester with Baby #2

This trimester consists of weeks 28-40

How far along?
38.5 weeks

Maternity clothes?
Yes

Stretch marks?
Nope, I was blessed with stretchy skin I guess!!

Sleep?
Not the best sleep ever, but I am getting some. Some nights it is hard to breath when I lay on a certain side.
my hips and back are really starting to hurt throughout the night, which makes me start to toss and turn.
Naps are a must every day now.

Favorite moments?
When Liam will come and kiss my tummy and give sister hugs.
Eating whatever I want because it is the only thing that makes me feel better.
haha

Moments you will not miss?
The continual jumping and pushing on of the bladder.
The violent kicking of the ribs and stomach.  There have been times she has made me scream!
Having to pee every hour on the dot!
the constant uncomfortable feeling
waking up every2-3 hours to pee in the night.
Being extremely tired all day.
Sleeping with a million pillows for support.
the constant hiccups.

Miss anything?
Sleep.
Walking normal.
Working out.
Normal clothes.

Movement:
Still moves constantly! It would probably be easier to keep track of the times she didn't move.
And when she does move it is so violent and hurts so bad.  My bladder stings and my ribs start to hurt.

Babies Position:
Head is way way down!! I am pretty sure that if my water were to brake she would just come flying out!!

Food cravings:
Still crave fast food and Taco Bells crunch wrap supreme!
My pop craving has gone up also.  I am wanting diet dr. pepper though. which I normally drink coke zero

Anything making you queasy or sick?
Only if I over eat or have to much sugar.

Symptoms?
Went to the doctors on Thursday, April 27th(2 weeks before due date).  She checked me and said I was dilated to 3cm and 70% effaced, so my cervix is very soft and favorable.
Crazy to think she really could come at any moment.
My mucus plug has come out(on Saturday April 29th), so I really feel like she could be here in a few days, but babies like to ruin our plans so she probably wont come till after the due date.

*My last appointment was Wednesday, May 3rd(one week before the due date) and I have progressed to 4cm dilated and 80% effaced.  She said I was an excellent candidate to be induced, so we set the date for that Friday(May 5th).

Belly button in or out?
Flat with my belly right now, so kind of neither.

Wedding rings on or off?
on

Happy or moody most of the time:
A lot happier now.  Probably because she really could be here any day now!

Looking forward to:
Holding her.
Seeing Liam with her and how he will respond to everything.
Seeing Michael with a little girl!

The picture on the left is me pregnant with Liam exactly 2 years ago and on the right with Macey.
I cant believe how much bigger I was with Liam a week before my due date.

...............

We took some final photos as a family of 3 and just of mommy and Liam.  I cant believe he will no longer be the only child!

Towards the end of the shoot, Liam was so ready to be done haha

A THANKSGIVING FULL OF FAMILY & LAUGHTER

I was so excited when I found out my family was able to go to Moses Lake for Thanksgiving! Tualatin is only 4.45 hours away from Moses Lake, so once they said they said they were going,  Michael and I were definitely going too. We had so much fun with the family, but missed Kelsey and her husband a lot! Hopefully next holiday season they will be able to get more time off from the Marines. So one of the nights we were there we all played Heads Up (The app game Ellen Degeneres made that is like charades.)  We seriously all about pee'd our pants we were dying of laughter! By far one of the funnest game nights I have had in a while!  I was able to catch a few of them on video, but I definitely missed the funniest ones. Here is a look at our crazy and awesome family! Justin and Dad Michael and Uncle Corby Seriously though if you are looking for something fun to do with a bunch of people, this is it my friends!! Do it. I absolu...

THINGS I LOVE

I feel it is so important to fall in love with as many things as we can, but to also fall in love with as many people as we can. As I have gotten older I have started to love things I did not care about when I was younger. I have grown to appreciate what my Heavenly Father has given to me on this Earth. and I have learned that when you love, you serve others. Which is the pure love of Christ...  and that is what will bring true happiness into your world. I am going to make a list throughout my life of things that I have fallen in love with. I want to be remembered as someone who loved everything and everyone. I want my kids to be able to know what I loved and that serving and loving everything is one of the  greatest gifts we have to become truly happy in this world. .......... Super Bowl

For the Super Bowl this year we are tagging a long with Ben and Rachel and headed to Rachel's mom's house in Heber for the weekend. On Saturday we went to the Ice Castles that were in Midway, which touches Heber, so we decided it would be a good idea to go because towns get selected to host the Ice Castles and this is the 3rd time midway was selected, so we thought we better go because it might not come back again. Once we got there we had to hop into a huge line that did go pretty fast but while we were waiting there were some guys juggling fire torches and also two guy carving ice sculptures, the two they was working on were the seattle Seahawk's hawk and the Denver Bronco's Bronco.  I was really cool to watch.  Once we got in to the Ice Castle we were frozen, we definitely did not dress right for the weather and we went at night so it was even more cold, but it was so cool because they had lights shinning on the ice and it would change different colors too.  Here ar...
