The Hospital Stay

I did not want to leave the hospital when I had Liam.
I loved how well they took care of us and having meals brought to me whenever I wanted was pretty awesome!  The hospital food was actually amazing too.

Our hospital stay was a lot different this time around though.
I think because of how easy and fast the delivery was, I was not in much pain at all. This made it so that I actually wanted to go home.
I hated having nurses check in on us, and constantly waking us.
I will say they did really good at nights.  When they saw we were all sleeping they would leave us alone and check on us again the next hour.
and if we were still sleeping at that time they would leave again.

Because I was group B strep positive they wanted to keep an eye on her for a little longer and make sure she didn't get sick.  Also her 24 hour check up was at 4 in the evening, so they would have charged for the full day anyways.

I will say the only fun part of our hospital stay was having Liam come visit and see him get so excited to see his new little sister.

Oh and the hospital food at this hospital was even better than the hospital that we had Liam at.

Luckily our hospital stay was non eventful and actually quite boring compared to the one we had with Liam.  I am definitely so grateful for how smooth and easy things went for us.

Here are some pictures of our stay.  I also added Macey's going home pictures too.

Liam seeing his sister for the first time.
We also got video of this, but here are just the pictures.

Once he saw her he could not stop smiling!

Our first family photo
When Liam first met Macey we had ready a gift to give to Liam from Macey.
You can see in his hands he has 2 cars that Macey gave to him.
He thought he was so cool and it made him love Macey so much.  He kept saying(in the cute way he talks) "Gank ou Bacey, cars".  He was so happy.  He had a smile on that whole evening. My heart was so full and happy.  I never want to forget this moment with my little family. It really blew me away with how Liam immediately new Macey was apart of the family now and how he loved her right away. Liam we love you so much, thank you for being the best big brother ever!

Grandma and Grandpa Nelson holding her for the first time.

Liam's first time holding his sister.
He couldn't stop smiling the whole time.
This melted our hearts.

The next day Liam came over with my mom to hang out before bedtime, so we got Liam the movie Moana and shared a 7-11 slurpy to help keep him distract in a small room.

A THANKSGIVING FULL OF FAMILY & LAUGHTER

I was so excited when I found out my family was able to go to Moses Lake for Thanksgiving! Tualatin is only 4.45 hours away from Moses Lake, so once they said they said they were going,  Michael and I were definitely going too. We had so much fun with the family, but missed Kelsey and her husband a lot! Hopefully next holiday season they will be able to get more time off from the Marines. WHERE YOU GO I WILL GO

You always know when someone is going to giving you bad new. They sit you down and look at you with a sad/serious face. Then come the words you new you would hear, "I have some bad news".  And in your mind you are trying to figure out what could possibly be going on. Well as you probably guessed, this happened to me about a month ago. I was eating breakfast and Michael sat next to me and told me that he "had some bad news". I stopped eating and just stared at him waiting for the news,  but I had an idea of what he was going to say. I normally never get bad news and the look Michael had on his face told me everything. We were moving. Once it finally came from his mouth I burst into tears. He began to tell me that we would be moving to Tualatin, OR    Michaels Parents need his help with the Business in Oregon because it is doing so well.  He is needed so that the bus...
