In preparation for halloween me and Michael went over to our friends Cameron and Jennie's house to carve pumpkins.  Me and Michael picked a spider to carve onto the pumpkin and cam and Jennie did frankenstein.

Once we finish carving it we decided to put a glow stick in it instead of a candle this year. Got the idea from Pinterest of course.

Halloween fell on a Wednesday this year, so we didn't know if we were going to be able to go to the traditional Wade family halloween party. Luckily our class schedules made it so we could go to Driggs for the night.
When we got to my parents house my mom put me straight to work making yummy halloween candies. We made carmel chocolate dipped pretzels and carmel apples.  They were soooo good, I crave carmel dipped apples all of the time. Here are some pictures of our creations.

The finished product!

Normally after all the kids have gone trick-or-treating or trunker treating at the church we all head over to grandmas house for some homemade chili! Which by the way is the best chili in the world!  I make it all the time in the winter.  Grandma also makes homemade doughnuts that I crave all the time!!! They are so delicious. This family tradition is one that you don't want to miss for sure! Halloween is a fun night at the Wade families.

Alesha dressed up as a flapper girl this year for halloween she was so cute!

Alesha won the candy filled pumpkin at school.  Needless to say she had a TON of candy after trick-or-treating.

A THANKSGIVING FULL OF FAMILY & LAUGHTER

I was so excited when I found out my family was able to go to Moses Lake for Thanksgiving! Tualatin is only 4.45 hours away from Moses Lake, so once they said they said they were going,  Michael and I were definitely going too. We had so much fun with the family, but missed Kelsey and her husband a lot! Hopefully next holiday season they will be able to get more time off from the Marines. So one of the nights we were there we all played Heads Up (The app game Ellen Degeneres made that is like charades.)  We seriously all about pee'd our pants we were dying of laughter! By far one of the funnest game nights I have had in a while!  I was able to catch a few of them on video, but I definitely missed the funniest ones. Here is a look at our crazy and awesome family! Justin and Dad Michael and Uncle Corby Seriously though if you are looking for something fun to do with a bunch of people, this is it my friends!! Do it. I absolu...

THINGS I LOVE

I feel it is so important to fall in love with as many things as we can, but to also fall in love with as many people as we can. As I have gotten older I have started to love things I did not care about when I was younger. I have grown to appreciate what my Heavenly Father has given to me on this Earth. and I have learned that when you love, you serve others. Which is the pure love of Christ...  and that is what will bring true happiness into your world. I am going to make a list throughout my life of things that I have fallen in love with. I want to be remembered as someone who loved everything and everyone. I want my kids to be able to know what I loved and that serving and loving everything is one of the  greatest gifts we have to become truly happy in this world. .......... Super Bowl

For the Super Bowl this year we are tagging a long with Ben and Rachel and headed to Rachel's mom's house in Heber for the weekend. On Saturday we went to the Ice Castles that were in Midway, which touches Heber, so we decided it would be a good idea to go because towns get selected to host the Ice Castles and this is the 3rd time midway was selected, so we thought we better go because it might not come back again. Once we got there we had to hop into a huge line that did go pretty fast but while we were waiting there were some guys juggling fire torches and also two guy carving ice sculptures, the two they was working on were the seattle Seahawk's hawk and the Denver Bronco's Bronco.  I was really cool to watch.  Once we got in to the Ice Castle we were frozen, we definitely did not dress right for the weather and we went at night so it was even more cold, but it was so cool because they had lights shinning on the ice and it would change different colors too.  Here ar...
