WHERE YOU GO I WILL GO

You always know when someone is going to giving you bad new.

They sit you down and look at you with a sad/serious face. Then come the words you new you would hear, "I have some bad news".  And in your mind you are trying to figure out what could possibly be going on.

Well as you probably guessed, this happened to me about a month ago.

I was eating breakfast and Michael sat next to me and told me that he "had some bad news".

I stopped eating and just stared at him waiting for the news,
but I had an idea of what he was going to say.

I normally never get bad news and the look Michael had on his face told me everything.

We were moving.

Once it finally came from his mouth I burst into tears.

He began to tell me that we would be moving to Tualatin, OR

Michaels Parents need his help with the Business in Oregon because it is doing so well.  He is needed so that the business can continue growing.

His pay will go up, he will have better hours, he will get to work at home sometimes and we would be living right next to family.

This truly is an amazing offer for my family, so of course I wouldn't have let Michael not take this offer.
Even though it saddens me to leave Utah and move further away from my family, I know that this is where we are suppose to be heading.  It feels right and I know I can be just as happy in Oregon as I am here in Utah.

I am so grateful that we at least get to live by family and I love Michael's family.  It will be a wonderful change to be able to have family so close.

Throughout the day I would randomly start crying because I would start to think of how much I am going to miss Utah.  I had already envisioned my life here in Utah, I had already picked out where I wanted to live and have my children grow up. And I will miss the wonderful Summers Utah has to offer.  I will mostly miss having my family come to visit for the weekend because it is such a short trip.  And I will also miss the Ward we are in.  This Ward has been the best Ward we have been in sense being married.  Everyone is so caring and loving.  It will be hard to leave everyone.

After time had passed though and we found a place to live in Oregon,
positive thoughts about Oregon started to come in.
And I have began to get excited to move.

We get to rent the house that Michael grew up in from his parents, we will live in a great location that is very close to his parents(which I am so excited about), summers are just as great in Oregon as they are in Utah, we already know a lot of people there and in the Ward we will be going to, we will have plenty of space for all of my family to come and visit us and Michael gets to work with his family and learn the business that he loves.

We are truly so blessed for this wonderful life that we have been given. I am so grateful for this amazing opportunity that we get.

In the end it is all about family and I would move anywhere for my family.
Ruth 1:16 "Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay."

The Lord has a plan for everyone, we just need to trust in him to lead us the way.
We leave at the end of October.

THINGS I LOVE

I feel it is so important to fall in love with as many things as we can, but to also fall in love with as many people as we can. As I have gotten older I have started to love things I did not care about when I was younger. I have grown to appreciate what my Heavenly Father has given to me on this Earth. and I have learned that when you love, you serve others. Which is the pure love of Christ...  and that is what will bring true happiness into your world. I am going to make a list throughout my life of things that I have fallen in love with. I want to be remembered as someone who loved everything and everyone. I want my kids to be able to know what I loved and that serving and loving everything is one of the  greatest gifts we have to become truly happy in this world. .......... Super Bowl

For the Super Bowl this year we are tagging a long with Ben and Rachel and headed to Rachel's mom's house in Heber for the weekend. On Saturday we went to the Ice Castles that were in Midway, which touches Heber, so we decided it would be a good idea to go because towns get selected to host the Ice Castles and this is the 3rd time midway was selected, so we thought we better go because it might not come back again. Once we got there we had to hop into a huge line that did go pretty fast but while we were waiting there were some guys juggling fire torches and also two guy carving ice sculptures, the two they was working on were the seattle Seahawk's hawk and the Denver Bronco's Bronco.  I was really cool to watch.  Once we got in to the Ice Castle we were frozen, we definitely did not dress right for the weather and we went at night so it was even more cold, but it was so cool because they had lights shinning on the ice and it would change different colors too.  Here ar...

HIKING THROUGH THE NARROWS

Our camping trip down in Zions was amazing! I had never been down in Southern Utah, so I was very excited to go and explore. Our first stop was Cedar City. We gotten in pretty late so we just found a campsite and went to bed. We got up pretty early the next morning to find our next campsite and to hike the narrows. Once we got our campsite all set up at our new location in ------ we changed and headed to Zions . I will say there is nothing in Southern Utah, but yet it is so beautiful. When we finally got into Zions we road the bus up to the beginning of the narrows. Here are pictures of our amazing experience in where I think is the most beautiful place in Zions. The Crew.   Hiking water shoes!!  Cooper being funny in the water. It looks like a dead person floating down the river. The last adventure in the Narrows was building a rock pyramid.   After our wonde...
