Open House in Driggs

We had our Driggs reception September 10, 2011.

The  reception was a month later because that is when we came back for school in Rexburg.

My mom did a wonderful job on the reception, the house looked so good!
We had a great time with all the friends and family that could make it!

WHERE YOU GO I WILL GO

You always know when someone is going to giving you bad new. They sit you down and look at you with a sad/serious face. Then come the words you new you would hear, "I have some bad news".  And in your mind you are trying to figure out what could possibly be going on. Well as you probably guessed, this happened to me about a month ago. I was eating breakfast and Michael sat next to me and told me that he "had some bad news". I stopped eating and just stared at him waiting for the news,  but I had an idea of what he was going to say. I normally never get bad news and the look Michael had on his face told me everything. Kicking our summer off right.

Summer is officially here! My favorite season has finally arrived. There is no better way to celebrate the first weekend of summer then camping! Michael and I love camping. Their is just something about campfires, sleeping under the stars, and s'mores  that get me excited to camp. This weekend we camped in Provo canyon with some friends that are going to BYU. Once we got camp all set up and the fire going this little guy decided to pay us a visit. Not going to lie I thought it was a bear sneaking up on us at first. I was scared out of my mind, but then he stuck his head up and I felt a lot better. After making some yummy s'mores and relaxing by the fire we got in the cars and headed to squaw peak to  look at the beautiful lights from on top of the mountain. You can see all of Utah Valley from up there. Everyone knows that if you are looking to get a goodnights rest  that camping is not what you want to be doing. ...

When we moved to Oregon we new we were spending Christmas with Michaels family this year, so we got to get a Christmas tree!!  I was so excited to finally have a Christmas tree. We obviously still don't have a lot of decorations for it, but that will definitely grow through out the years. Ladies and Gentlemen.... Our First Christmas tree!! I was very proud of it and had the light on every night!! This Christmas was pretty special for Michael and I. On top of getting our first Christmas Tree  I just happened to be around 20 weeks pregnant right before Christmas, which meant we got to find out the sex of our baby!!! I could not contain my excitement. Here in this photo I am at 18 weeks and we get to find out what our baby is at 20 weeks, so just in time for Christm...
