WHY I BLOG

I use to hate bloggers.
They  made me feel like my life was boring.

But then I remembered something my teachers in elementary school use to ask us,
"If your house was on fire, what would be the first thing you would grab"

I think as a kid I probably said stuff like my toys or something, 
but thinking about it now all I would really want to grab

are my pictures and journals .

If those were to ever burn in a fire or go missing a lot of precious memories would be gone.
I wouldn't be able to pass those along to my kids and to their kids.

Money can't buy years worth of memories.

It can buy a new phones, toys, computers, food, new decorations even a new blanky.

but those memories you can never get back.

so, I blog for simple assurance that these are the things I will never lose.

I don't blog for fame

I don't blog to act like I have the best life ever and you don't

I don't blog to get recognized by every social network out there

..........

I do blog to inspire and give life tips to those who need positive reinforcement.

I do blog for my family

and I do blog to keep a record of my life

but mostly,

I blog to remember.

A THANKSGIVING FULL OF FAMILY & LAUGHTER

I was so excited when I found out my family was able to go to Moses Lake for Thanksgiving! Tualatin is only 4.45 hours away from Moses Lake, so once they said they said they were going,  Michael and I were definitely going too. We had so much fun with the family, but missed Kelsey and her husband a lot! Hopefully next holiday season they will be able to get more time off from the Marines. So one of the nights we were there we all played Heads Up (The app game Ellen Degeneres made that is like charades.)  We seriously all about pee'd our pants we were dying of laughter! THINGS I LOVE

I feel it is so important to fall in love with as many things as we can, but to also fall in love with as many people as we can. As I have gotten older I have started to love things I did not care about when I was younger. I have grown to appreciate what my Heavenly Father has given to me on this Earth. and I have learned that when you love, you serve others. Which is the pure love of Christ...  and that is what will bring true happiness into your world. I am going to make a list throughout my life of things that I have fallen in love with. I want to be remembered as someone who loved everything and everyone. WHERE YOU GO I WILL GO

You always know when someone is going to giving you bad new. They sit you down and look at you with a sad/serious face. Then come the words you new you would hear, "I have some bad news".  And in your mind you are trying to figure out what could possibly be going on. Well as you probably guessed, this happened to me about a month ago. I was eating breakfast and Michael sat next to me and told me that he "had some bad news". I stopped eating and just stared at him waiting for the news,  but I had an idea of what he was going to say. I normally never get bad news and the look Michael had on his face told me everything. We were moving. Once it finally came from his mouth I burst into tears.
